Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Armatize handles personal information submitted through this marketing website, including the demo request form.

01

Who is responsible

Armatize is the controller for personal information submitted through this marketing website. Questions about this notice can be sent to support@armatize.com.

02

Information we collect

When you submit the demo request form we collect the details you provide: your name, work email address, company, role, workshop size and any message you choose to write.

We also handle essential technical and security information generated when the site and form are used, such as basic request information needed to deliver the page and to protect the form from automated abuse.

03

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry.
  • To arrange and run product demonstrations.
  • To prepare a proposal where you have asked for one.
  • To protect the form and the site against misuse.
  • To maintain ordinary business records of enquiries received.
04

Lawful bases

We rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interests in responding to business-to-business enquiries and in keeping the service secure.

05

Sharing

We share personal information only with the service providers required to operate this website and its enquiry form, and where we are required to do so by law. We do not sell personal data.

06

International processing

Where personal information is processed outside the UK, appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law will be used.

07

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the enquiry itself, any resulting business relationship, our legal obligations and the security of the service.

08

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in UK data protection law, you may request access to your personal information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for portability where that right applies.

To exercise any of these, contact support@armatize.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.

09

Cookies and optional analytics

Analytics on this site is optional and is only activated after you accept it. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 is loaded directly using Google’s gtag.js library and measures high-level usage of the marketing site: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and similar aggregate interaction data. We also load Google Tag Manager at the same point; it is a tag container used for future non-analytics tags and does not itself collect analytics data. We do not send the contents of the demo request form — your name, email address, company or message — to Google.

Before you accept, neither script is loaded and no request is sent to Google. Advertising and personalisation storage remain switched off at all times.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control in the site footer. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection; a page refresh clears any script already loaded in that browsing session.
